Volunteering Program


Getting actively involved in WKP activities is a great way to support our vision.

We are always in need of new talents and gifts to ensure we do our best. There is always something you can contribute to empower and impact vulnerable and marginalized children and communities.

We work in collaboration with other partners and relevant stakeholders.

We welcome you to volunteer in our various project activities

  1. Teaching at our centres in the Kakuma refugee camp as well as working with the refugee communities at Kakuma
  2. Working with Children living with Disability at the centres
  3. Supporting inclusive education
  4. Social work

      What you need in order to volunteer with us

Our criteria for volunteers include,

Have at least 3 years’ experience in your professional field.

Have a relevant qualification in appropriate project areas

Clean   criminal records and background checks

Can commit to the entire duration of your placement
