WKP has been working in the Education Sector with the ECDE children, parents, teachers and Board of Management by:
- Supporting over 29,417 ECD children in Turkana West
- Supporting over 6129 children in Mukuru Informal Settlement.
- Providing training to over 450 teachers equipped with provision of quality early learning.
- Providing training to over 2226 parents on holistic approaches in child rearing and development.
- Providing training to over 1500 Board of Management members on their roles to actively participate in the running of day-to-day school affairs.
- Provision of ECD kits to over 204 ECDE Centers.
- Proving 90 assistive devices to children living with disabilities for better access to schools.
Proving Inclusive Education materials to 134 schools.
